The fields is located on Côte Vertu between Cavendish and Alexis-Nihon, in Saint-Laurent. They are accessible by bus #121 from Côte Vertu Metro.

Outdoor training: (Summer schedule)
Tuesdays & Thursdays for the women 6pm to 8:30 pm.
Tuesdays & Thursdays for the men 6pm to 8:30 pm.

From metro Côte Vertu, take the bus #171 West. The bus drops you right in front of the arena. The track is located behind the arena.

- Take HWY 40
- Exit Rockland
- Immediately get in the right lane so that you do nt go over the overpass
- Continue until you are faced with a fence at the railway tracks - turn right onto Dunkirk
- Follow Dunkirk all the way to the traffic circle
- Follow the circle around to the right (it's one way) past Laird and Graham
- Turn right before the bridge (back onto Dunkirk)
- The field is on the Roosevelt (beside the fire station)
